By creating an account, creating a review campaign, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Business use only
ReviewCampaigns is intended exclusively for businesses, organizations, self-employed professionals, public bodies, and other persons acting in the course of their commercial or professional activities.
The Service is not intended for consumers acting primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.
By using ReviewCampaigns, you represent that you are acting in a business or professional capacity and that you have the authority to use the Service on behalf of the relevant business or organization.
2. Reviewers are not ReviewCampaigns users
Individuals who access a public review link or scan a QR code in order to leave feedback or access a third-party review platform are referred to in these Terms as “Reviewers”.
A Reviewer does not become a contractual user of ReviewCampaigns solely by accessing a public review link, scanning a QR code, or being redirected to a third-party review platform.
ReviewCampaigns users are the businesses or professional users who create, configure or manage review campaigns through the Service.
3. The ReviewCampaigns Service
ReviewCampaigns provides technical tools that help businesses create and manage structured review campaigns.
Depending on the available functionality, the Service may include:
- stable public review links;
- QR codes;
- connections to supported review destinations;
- multiple review destinations within one campaign;
- campaign and engagement analytics;
- location-based campaign organization;
- physical and digital customer touchpoints;
- centralized review workflows;
- review monitoring, analysis and management functionality;
- and related business tools.
ReviewCampaigns provides the technical infrastructure for these functions. It does not guarantee that a Reviewer will leave a review, that a review will be published, or that any review will be positive.
4. ReviewCampaigns.com and nice.reviews
ReviewCampaigns.com is the primary website, application and product domain.
ReviewCampaigns uses nice.reviews as a stable public domain for review links, QR codes and related public review journeys.
A ReviewCampaigns user may therefore receive a public URL such as https://nice.reviews/r/... while managing the corresponding campaign through ReviewCampaigns.com.
The use of nice.reviews for public links does not create a separate contractual service or product.
5. User responsibility for campaigns and distribution
ReviewCampaigns provides technical tools for creating and managing review links, QR codes and review campaign touchpoints.
Users are solely responsible for deciding how, where, when and to whom they present, distribute or otherwise communicate their review links and QR codes.
Users must ensure that their use of ReviewCampaigns complies with all laws, regulations, industry requirements and platform rules applicable to:
- the user;
- the user's business;
- the relevant Reviewer or recipient;
- the communication channel used;
- and the country or jurisdiction in which the activity takes place.
This may include rules relating to advertising, direct marketing, electronic communications, privacy, data protection, consent, unfair commercial practices and consumer protection.
Legal requirements can differ significantly between countries and regions. ReviewCampaigns does not determine whether a particular campaign, communication, recipient, channel or method of distribution is legally permitted.
6. Unsolicited communications
Users must not use ReviewCampaigns in connection with unlawful or prohibited unsolicited communications.
In particular, users must not distribute ReviewCampaigns links or review requests through email, SMS, messaging services or other direct communication channels where such communication is not permitted under the laws or regulations applicable to the user and recipient.
The existence of a ReviewCampaigns link or QR code does not itself provide permission, consent or another legal basis to contact any person.
ReviewCampaigns does not send review requests on behalf of users unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise. Users remain responsible for the recipients, timing, content and method of any communication in which a ReviewCampaigns link is used.
7. Compliance with local laws
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of ReviewCampaigns complies with the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdictions in which they operate or communicate.
ReviewCampaigns does not provide legal advice and does not determine which laws apply to a particular user, campaign or use case.
Information provided on ReviewCampaigns.com about reviews, review campaigns, customer communication, marketing practices, search visibility or related topics is provided for general informational purposes only and must not be understood as legal advice.
If you are uncertain about the legal requirements applicable to your intended use of ReviewCampaigns, you should seek independent advice from a qualified legal professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
8. Authentic reviews and prohibited manipulation
ReviewCampaigns is intended to facilitate genuine customer feedback.
Users must not use the Service to create, purchase, fabricate, manipulate or misrepresent reviews. Users must also comply with the rules and policies of the third-party review platforms they use.
Prohibited uses include, where contrary to applicable law or platform policies:
- fake or fabricated reviews;
- purchasing reviews;
- impersonating customers or Reviewers;
- manipulating ratings;
- using misleading representations about reviews;
- artificially generating review activity;
- selectively suppressing legitimate feedback;
- or using ReviewCampaigns as part of deceptive review practices.
Users must not use ReviewCampaigns for review gating or similar practices where customers are improperly filtered or treated differently for the purpose of manipulating public review results.
ReviewCampaigns may suspend or disable campaigns that appear to be used for fraudulent, abusive or prohibited review activity.
9. Third-party review platforms
ReviewCampaigns may connect to independent third-party services and review platforms such as Google or Tripadvisor. These services are operated independently from ReviewCampaigns.
ReviewCampaigns does not control and cannot guarantee:
- the availability of a third-party service;
- the availability of its APIs;
- the publication or removal of reviews;
- third-party review policies;
- review ranking or display;
- URLs or technical interfaces;
- account access;
- or changes made by third-party providers.
Third-party providers may change their services, policies, APIs or technical requirements at any time.
Users are responsible for complying with the applicable terms and policies of any third-party platform they connect to or use through ReviewCampaigns.
References to third-party brands or services do not imply ownership, endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
10. Review destination responsibility
Users are responsible for selecting the correct review destination, business listing, venue, location or profile for their campaign.
Users must not intentionally direct Reviewers to a listing, business or location that they do not have a legitimate reason to promote or manage.
ReviewCampaigns may use third-party APIs or provider search tools to help identify official review destinations. ReviewCampaigns cannot guarantee that third-party data is always complete, current or error-free.
11. Accounts and access
Certain features may require an account or verified email address.
Users must provide accurate information when creating or managing an account and must keep access credentials and authentication links reasonably secure.
Users are responsible for activity performed through their account unless they have promptly informed ReviewCampaigns of suspected unauthorized access.
ReviewCampaigns may take reasonable measures to protect accounts and the Service against unauthorized access, misuse or security threats.
12. Free service
ReviewCampaigns currently provides its core review link and QR code functionality free of charge.
We aim to operate the Service reliably and to keep existing review links and QR codes available on a long-term basis. However, a free online service cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability.
Features, technical requirements or individual parts of the Service may be changed, improved, replaced or discontinued where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, security, legal or business reasons.
Where reasonably practicable, ReviewCampaigns will seek to avoid unnecessary disruption to existing public review links and QR codes.
The availability of a free feature does not create a contractual entitlement to its permanent availability or to the continued availability of a particular feature in exactly the same form.
13. Stability of public links and QR codes
ReviewCampaigns is designed so that public review links and QR codes can remain stable even when connected review destinations are adjusted.
We intend ReviewCampaigns links and QR codes to be stable and long-lived. However, ReviewCampaigns does not guarantee that any URL, QR code, destination, domain, technical route or third-party connection will remain available permanently.
Changes may occasionally be required for security, legal, technical or operational reasons.
14. Analytics and statistics
ReviewCampaigns may provide statistics relating to campaign activity, such as visits, scans, clicks, destination selections, trends or similar engagement data.
These statistics are intended as practical indicators and may not represent every interaction with absolute accuracy.
Measurements can be affected by factors such as:
- browsers and browser settings;
- privacy tools;
- ad blockers;
- bots or automated traffic;
- network conditions;
- third-party platforms;
- caching;
- security systems;
- duplicate visits;
- and technical limitations.
ReviewCampaigns does not guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of analytics data.
15. No guarantee of reviews, ratings or business results
ReviewCampaigns provides tools for making review journeys easier and more structured.
We do not guarantee:
- any particular number of reviews;
- positive reviews;
- improved average ratings;
- increased sales;
- higher conversion rates;
- improved search engine rankings;
- improved local search rankings;
- increased visibility in AI-assisted search;
- inclusion in AI-generated answers;
- or any other specific commercial or marketing outcome.
Search engines, AI systems, review platforms and other third parties use their own systems and criteria, which ReviewCampaigns does not control.
16. User content
Users may be able to provide business names, logos, text, campaign labels, locations, images or other information through the Service.
Users retain their rights in content they provide.
By submitting content to ReviewCampaigns, users grant ReviewCampaigns the limited rights necessary to store, process, reproduce and display that content solely for providing, securing and operating the Service.
Users represent that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any content they provide.
Users must not upload or use content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other rights of third parties.
17. Third-party reviews and content
Customer reviews and other content originating from third-party review platforms are not created by ReviewCampaigns.
ReviewCampaigns does not endorse, verify or assume responsibility for the truth, accuracy, legality or content of individual third-party reviews.
Where review data is displayed, analyzed or summarized through ReviewCampaigns, the underlying content remains subject to the relevant third-party platform and applicable rights.
18. Acceptable use
Users must not use the Service:
- for unlawful purposes;
- for fraud or deception;
- to distribute malware or malicious content;
- to interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
- to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
- to use ReviewCampaigns as an open redirect or unrelated link-shortening service;
- to misrepresent affiliation with another business;
- to abuse third-party APIs or platforms;
- to manipulate reviews or ratings;
- to distribute prohibited unsolicited communications;
- or in any other manner that materially harms ReviewCampaigns, its users, Reviewers or third parties.
Automated access, scraping, excessive requests or attempts to bypass technical restrictions may be restricted where necessary to protect the Service.
19. Suspension and restriction
ReviewCampaigns may temporarily restrict, suspend or disable accounts, campaigns, public links or other Service functionality where reasonably necessary because of:
- suspected fraud or abuse;
- security risks;
- unlawful activity;
- violations of these Terms;
- violations of third-party platform rules;
- technical threats;
- excessive or abusive use;
- or legal or regulatory requirements.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, ReviewCampaigns may give the user an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, Reviewers, third parties or the integrity and security of the Service.
20. Termination and account deletion
Users may stop using ReviewCampaigns at any time.
Account deletion or termination does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of every public review link, campaign identifier, security record, analytics record or other technical data.
Certain information may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, operational, legal or technical purposes.
The handling and retention of personal data is described separately in the ReviewCampaigns Privacy Policy.
ReviewCampaigns may terminate access to the Service where a user materially or repeatedly violates these Terms.
21. Intellectual property
ReviewCampaigns, its software, website design, user interface, source code, graphics, branding, logos, documentation and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, no intellectual property rights in ReviewCampaigns are transferred to users.
Users may use generated review links and QR codes for their legitimate business review campaigns in accordance with these Terms.
22. Service development and changes
ReviewCampaigns is continuously maintained and improved.
We may modify the Service, its technical implementation, user interface, integrations, features or infrastructure over time.
Such changes may be made to improve functionality, security, performance, reliability, compliance or usability.
We will seek to preserve the practical usefulness and stability of existing review campaigns where reasonably possible.
23. Service availability
ReviewCampaigns does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical failures, security measures, infrastructure providers, third-party services, network problems or events beyond our reasonable control.
We may perform maintenance or technical changes when reasonably necessary to operate and protect the Service.
24. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis.
ReviewCampaigns does not warrant that the Service will always be available, free from errors, compatible with every device or system, or suitable for every particular business purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
25. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReviewCampaigns is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or unavailability of the Service.
This includes, where legally permissible, losses arising from:
- temporary Service interruptions;
- failures or changes of third-party platforms;
- unavailable review destinations;
- inaccurate third-party information;
- missed or unpublished reviews;
- loss of expected reviews;
- inaccurate analytics;
- search engine or AI visibility;
- lost business opportunities;
- or decisions made based on analytics or review data.
Users remain responsible for independently assessing whether ReviewCampaigns is appropriate for their business processes and legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
26. User responsibility for third-party claims
Users are responsible for their own campaigns, communications, content and use of ReviewCampaigns.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for claims, losses or expenses resulting from their unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service, including violations of:
- applicable communication or marketing laws;
- privacy or data protection requirements;
- third-party platform rules;
- intellectual property rights;
- or these Terms.
Nothing in this section creates obligations that cannot lawfully be imposed under the applicable jurisdiction.
27. Privacy and data protection
ReviewCampaigns processes personal data in accordance with its separate Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains, among other things, what personal data may be collected, for what purposes it is processed, how long it may be retained and which rights may apply.
The Privacy Policy forms a separate part of the legal information available on ReviewCampaigns.com.
28. Changes to these Terms
ReviewCampaigns may update these Terms where necessary to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, technical developments or business operations.
The current version will be published on ReviewCampaigns.com with an updated effective date.
Where a change materially affects existing users and direct notification is reasonably appropriate and available, ReviewCampaigns may provide additional notice.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
29. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding conflict-of-law rules, provided that mandatory provisions of applicable law remain unaffected.
Because ReviewCampaigns is provided exclusively for business and professional use, the courts having jurisdiction at the registered office of eeoom - Stefan Mayr shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, to the extent such jurisdiction agreement is legally permitted.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
The invalid provision shall be replaced, to the extent legally possible, by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intended commercial purpose.
